Help us test the Android app
This is a beta (test) version. The 7even Daily for Android works, but it is still being tested with a small group before it goes on Google Play for everyone. If you have an Android phone, you can try it now and help us get it released.
There are two steps, and the order matters — the download link only works for members of the tester group.

Step 1 — Join the tester group
Google requires testers to be in this group. Opening it in a new tab means this page stays open behind it, so you can come straight back for step 2.
Signed in to the wrong Google account? Switch to the one on your phone first — it must be the same account you use for the Play Store.
Anyone can join, with no approval needed. If the page above gives you any trouble, you can join by email instead: send a blank message to elton-apps-beta+subscribe@googlegroups.com.

Step 2 — Install the app
Once you have joined the group, open this on the Android phone you want it on and tap Become a tester, then follow the Google Play link it shows you.
If Play says the app is not available, you are usually not in the group yet, or you are signed in with a different account. Go back to step 1 and check.
If Google Play says it can’t download
This is normal and it is almost never anything you did wrong. Google shows you the app page as soon as you join the group, but it can take a few minutes to a few hours after that before it will actually let you install.
- Wait 15–30 minutes and try again. Most people get in on the second try.
- Check which Google account your Play Store is using. It must be the same one you used to join the group. This is the single most common cause — phones often have more than one account signed in.
- Clear the Play Store cache, then reopen it: Settings → Apps → Google Play Store → Storage → Clear cache.
- Open the step 2 link again on the phone itself, not on a computer.
How long to keep it
Please keep the app installed for at least a month. Google looks at how many testers stay with a beta over time, so people leaving early genuinely sets the release back. There is no end date — the test runs until enough people have joined. And of course we hope you will just keep it.
